Financial Life Cycle Revisited

In our last article we introduced the seven steps of the FLC, which are Budgeting, Protection, Saving and Debt Reduction, Accumulation, Preservation, Distribution, and Transference. In addition, we introduced Budgeting and indicated that this is one of the foundational aspects of the FLC.

FACTS Book of the Month is, “The Millionaire Next Door—The Surprising Secrets of America’s Wealthy”, co-authored by financial doctor’s Thomas J. Stanley and William D. Danko. While this book was written over a decade ago the doctor duo helps people to understand the misconceptions of the top 3.5 percent(1996) of the wealthiest people in this country.
